The évoSuite reporting feature is designed to give you a complete overview of your sales opportunities in one place.

You évoSuite CRM system can create intelligent report with just a click of a button.

Search function as a filter
Easily find the opportunities you want to view by using your advanced search function.

Your search function can be used as a filter, for instance if you want to view all opportunities that at 50% completed, or that is starting on a specific date, simply select the option in the status drop-down field, and click ‘Search’.

Activity reports
Once you have selected the opportunities you want to view, you can easily click create report, and you will have all your opportunities and their details listed in a preview or PDF, that can easily be saved or printed.

The report details include:

Opportunity name.
Priority.
Status and completion.
Start and due date.
Person in charge.
Are there reminders set?
Revenue, cost and the currency they are in.
The name and contact info

Pivot
You can furthermore create your own pivot tables with the information stored in your CRM.

Pivot is a data processing tool that summarizes data in a quick and easy way. Automatically sort, count, total or give the average of the data stored in one table or spreadsheet.

First you need to find out what you want to know, for example; how many opportunities do we have that starts in January that are of high priority.

From here you can further export your tables into different file formats i.e. excel, pdf, rtf etc.

Export to Excel
Easily export your opportunity list to Microsoft Excel. This function is most useful for analysing data and producing further specific reports for your business. Both items and sales order search results can be exported.
